WOW so the Accession has begun with Christie Marie Sheldon kicking things off with a BANG. Fantastic clearing exercise. If you haven’t already signed up (free) then do so (just click on one of the links above to get you there). I think the accession will be going for a couple of months…but you don’t want to miss any speakers, so there is a replay page which is just as effective as being on the live call or webcast. Well the clearing Christie did on the show was quite profound. I have a feeling i’m going to be saying that word ‘profound’ quite a bit with so many speakers coming on to share in the accession. Christie asked us all to imagine rising our vibrations 3-400 feet above our heads and seeing or sensing a light – then sensing this light coming down towards our crown. (When Christie was talking through this exercise I was already having it happen…for instance when I saw the light it instantly traveled towards my crown etc before she said it…so just go with what happens too). She got us to think about this light inside our head (traveling/flowing) and to sense it touching our 3rd eye to help us see what ever it is we need to see that is at the heart of our manifesting problems etc…well I saw ‘me’ sad etc. And I have to say….I wasn’t surprised …I straight away thought to myself when I saw this “me”….you again!. So basically this is my core energy impacting my manifesting abilities. I peel the layers away piece by piece but still ‘she’ lingers. How do I change this? Do I need to work on this?…Actually no! Just having an awareness of it was enough really. I understand that deep down inside…I’ve held on to sadness…and let sad experiences in my life continue to linger – live on – so subtly that at one stage I was quite aware of feeling sad…but it is perhaps so ingrained now…that I don’t notice it still there, at my core. Accepting it for what it is…actually makes me feel I’ve already started ‘lifting’ it away.
She got us to imagine this light flowing through our body….ears so we can hear what we need to hear. Light then flowing down to throat area…where she stated that a lot of females have problems in this area. I didn’t really feel anything here. When the light got down to my stomach or root chakra area I felt something. I felt a bit agitated, a bit of churning and also I actually saw my stepdad…it felt like he was standing in front of me and I thought this was weird. He seemed to me to be angry but I wasn’t feeling it just noticing. He was an angry man etc. Then I thought I heard him say…I’m sorry. I was not expecting him to say anything let alone this. I instantly felt teary but not enough to actually cry…and then I felt fine and said to him ‘it’s ok’. Christie continued doing this clearing exercise…and making the light go through our bodies, down to earth, and then back through us and up to the sky/universe. During this time she was also getting us to release stuff at each chakra point and I could feel it working. Too much to explain might get back to this part later. Or better yet…experience it for yourself and then come share 
She also guided us to ask for ‘downloads’. Oh boy, I got downloads. I’m still working them out, the information I received wow. I don’t even know where to begin trying to share it. Will have to come back to this.
Lastly Christie ended her session by asking these two questions.
from a scale of 1 – 10 where 1 is you are not ready to change your life, things and 10 is you are totally ready to change your life.
(1) where are you on this scale 1 – 10. I got a 5/6. Hmmm at first bit down about this…but then an instant later my perspective changed and I was like…wait a minute – that is half way…hey I’m half way. The glass if half full rather than half empty.
The 2nd question is using the same scale of 1 – 10 except this time 1 is 0% and 10 is 100%.
(2) How much is your subconscious blocks, beliefs and overlays impacting your ability to manifest abundance in you life? I got 99% – so that would mean I am only using 1% manifesting power. An interesting thing happened with this question…the number changed a couple of times. When I felt down the percentage regarding ‘blocks’ went up and when I imagined ‘light’ the number went down and kept plummeting till it got to the 20% mark – it wouldn’t go down further. So of course one would need to continually be positive, optimistic etc to change the %. I deft like the thought / feeling of having 80% manifesting power. Also when I thought about this 1% manifesting power – I remembered my ‘meeting my successful’ doppelganger experience, in particular the part where I was shown ‘a measly light’ entering my body rather than a large powerful flow of light. So it seemed this 1% was kind of a confirmation of this ‘successful doppelganger meeting’ experience.
Christie also spoke about ancestral or generational patterns. Some call it generational curse but I prefer to use the word ‘patterns’. An exercise one can do is to list everyone in your family or close to you, such as mum, dad, grandma, uncle, daughter, sister, best friend etc. Now by their name write or list their story. So if you wanted to know about or if any generational patterns regarding money or love or friendships etc. Write their story. Mum….her love story. a divorce, an affair, another divorce…. Dad’s love story..a marriage and affairs, a divorce ..sister’s love story..various partners, not committing then committing to abusive relationship.. grandma’s love story…married once, husband died young in war….best friends love story…etc Once you’ve done this…write YOUR story. Are there any patterns? So can do this for various aspects of life. It’s interesting because this can seem similar to the theory of ‘you are your upbringing’ except how far back can you trace your family’s stories. What can you discover.
Here’s another example if the ‘love’ one isn’t your issue. Maybe finances is the issue. Write your family’s stories. Here is mine so far… well my grandmothers money story is that she basically had no money and life was a struggle just to get the basic’s. Mum’s story is that she was a minimum wage worker who eventually bought her own home on this wage but boy was life tough….she did not have any fun, money paid bills, money was to survive and have security and that was all money was for. Dad, his family had money, owned homes, but dad himself -he couldn’t hold down a job and had no money, never helped mum pay the house, he won loads of money gambling including $1,000 000 (yep that’s right) and lost it all ….gambling, he never shared this money before losing it. His own dad held on to his money tightly. Brother wants to work but cannot hold down a job. Sister couldn’t get a job till much later in life 30′s. Myself…a degree but not getting pass the minimum wage worker comfortably although I can taste it and have had the opportunities. Daughter – earning more and just finished high school lol, turned down 5 jobs and got job she is currently at in an interesting way…she hadn’t applied for it rather her resume was passed on to someone without her knowledge. Daughter has totally different energy…I think the pattern stops at her. What I have discovered has made me really think about things and just having that awareness has lifted my energy.
